the warm summer heat caresses the silkiness of purple flowers
caught dancing for hours, stretching their lacy tendrils opened up in grace
the eternal face within a dream of laughter enticed into play

quietly i faced the dream that tortured me for years and found that it wasn’t a frightening monster or deadly foe turns out it was always a true blue friend offering me prosperity and the peace
I sailed in. The sun warmed the nape of my neck and lit the sea and sky that blended into a background of high steep cliffs on three sides closer to the shore double strings of fish strung by th
